Support Group for Expats

Expat Reflection Circle in Düsseldorf

I’m pleased to launch the Expat Reflection Circle, a monthly group in Düsseldorf offering a stable and compassionate space for internationals navigating life between cultures. Meeting once per month at the International English Library, the group focuses on meaning-making, emotional connection, and resilience in the context of relocation, identity shifts, and personal transition.

Grounded in principles of therapeutic group work and guided with professional care, the closed-format circle invites participants to build trust over time while reflecting on belonging, relationships, creativity, and the challenges of building a meaningful life abroad.
